Samsung Galaxy A53 launch seems imminent as phone appears on FCC and NBTC
Samsung is gearing up to launch its all-new Samsung Galaxy S22 series of smartphones in the coming weeks. The Galaxy S22 Ultra might be the best Android smartphone you have ever seen. Now, it’s looking like Samsung is also working on a new smartphone that will succeed the Galaxy A52 smartphone. The device has now been listed on multiple certifications, which hints that the device might launch soon. The Galaxy A53 smartphone has been spotted on NBTC and FCC certifications.
Starting with the NBTC certification site, a Samsung smartphone having the model number SM-A536E/DS has been listed on NBTC. The DS in the model number means dual sim. The same smartphone but with the model number SM-A536E/DS and SM-A536E has been listed out on the FCC certification. The “E” in the model number stands for single SIM.
The FCC certification also reveals some of the key specifications of the device such as the Galaxy A53 will offer a 25W fast charging support. It further reveals connectivity details of the smartphone, from which, it has been confirmed that the Galaxy A53 will support 5G network connectivity Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and NFC. The same device has also been spotted on Bluetooth SIG and TENAA certification before. The TENAA certifications reveal the complete specifications of the device.
As for the rumoured specifications, the device will offer a 6.46-inches AMOLED Display with an FHD+ resolution and centre punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The A53 might be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 1200 chipset. The TENAA certifications confirm the 8GB RAM variant of the device along with the 128GBs and 256GBs of internal storage.
It will house a 5000mAh battery with support of 25W fast wired charging. The device will flaunt a front camera of 32-megapixel and a 64-megapixel+12-megapixel+5-megapixel+5-megapixel quad-camera setup. It is expected that it will boot up on Android 12 based One UI 4.1 skin. It may arrive 6GB+128GB and 6GB+256GB variants. The device will be available in black, white, blue and orange colour variants.
